Our Team

Our Team

The Flanders Group is composed of professionals who are eager to meet the ever-changing needs of our client base. Diverse in experience, our staff will provide you with the support and dedication required to help meet your needs.

One of the greatest benefits of utilizing the services of a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is a commitment to the client fiduciary standard of care and to lifelong professional education. This education keeps our staff abreast of the latest changes to tax laws, technology, financial reform, and legislation affecting our clients. A CPA is committed to obtaining a minimum of 80 hours of education during each two-year period. David consistently exceeds this minimum education requirement.

Whether you're planning for retirement or hoping to invest in a new business, you can count on CFA® charterholders to have the depth of training to look beyond today's headlines. Achieving the CFA® designation requires several years of intense study and a dedication to putting clients' needs first.  As a CFA® charterholder, Ryan holds himself to an uncompromising standard of ethics and is required to undertake an annual attestation of conduct.

Brittany Spiegel

Wealth Management Assistant

Brittany joined The Flanders Group in 2021 and helps the company with marketing and working directly with clients to create a friendly, relaxed experience. Brittany enjoys assisting others and making them feel comfortable; she has around ten years of experience in customer service-like settings.  She was drawn to this role after meeting each of the Flanders members.  Since Brittany comes from a large family, she values the importance of family and caring for one another, and the Flanders family showed this value in each other and in how they spoke of their clients.  She is also interested in continuously learning more about the financial service industry, and how she can help others grow and be comfortable in this seemingly stressful topic.

Brittany grew up near Port Deposit and now lives in Bel Air with her husband and their son.  She is heavily involved in her church by coordinating and teaching the children’s ministry.  Brittany’s favorite hobbies include reading, baking  (you will often hear she has been experimenting with a new cake or cheesecake) and taking many outdoor walks.  However, nothing is more important to her than her family, especially her son and 18 nieces and nephews; and her walk with the Lord.
