She finds the most satisfaction in being that steady, dependable support system — for both the advisors and the clients they serve. Whether she’s organizing details behind the scenes or helping ensure client meetings run smoothly, Jenn takes pride in being someone others can count on. Consistency, responsiveness, and care are her trademarks.
Jenn grew up in Linthicum, a small town in Anne Arundel County, where she learned the value of hard work, reliability, and kindness — qualities that continue to shape how she approaches both life and work. She brings those same small-town values to The Flanders Group, where connection, trust, and genuine service come first.
Outside the office, Jenn’s world revolves around family. She and her husband live in Harford County with their 16-year-old twins — a son who plays volleyball and lacrosse, and a daughter who competes in dance. Weekends often mean cheering from the sidelines or traveling to competitions, but when things slow down, Jenn loves relaxing with a good book or catching up on a favorite show.
If she could give one piece of advice to her younger self, it would be this:
Don’t stress about having it all figured out — life unfolds in its own time, and sometimes the unexpected paths turn out to be the best ones.
