David A. Flanders, CPA, PFS, CFP® The firm was founded and is led by David A. Flanders, CPA, PFS, CFP®. Mr. Flanders has over 25 years experience working in senior management positions with some of the area's top companies.  His experience includes leadership roles in two of the area's premier CPA firms.  In addition, Mr. Flanders has held executive financial management positions with companies in the Retail, Financial Services, Distribution and Real Estate Development and Management industries. He holds degrees from Millersville University and The University of Baltimore as well as having completed graduate studies at The Johns Hopkins University School of Business.  He has completed advanced studies in Personal Financial Planning at the University of Delaware and has earned the Personal Financial Specialist designation from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.  In addition, Mr. Flanders has been awarded the designation of CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ awarded to those individuals who have met the rigorous experience and ethical requirements of the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards.  He is currently licensed as an Investment Advisor Representative and holds the Series 7 and Series 66 securities licenses as well as the Maryland Life and Health Insurance license.
